CANCELLATION POLICY

I totally get it—life happens, and sometimes things come up last minute! If you need to reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so I can accommodate other guests and respect everyone’s time. Each appointment involves personalized preparation to ensure the best results, so when changes happen within the 48-hour window, a rebooking fee will be applied. ($50 for Just a Cut, $120 for all Color Packages) Thank you for understanding and helping me keep things running smoothly!
